• Support for the creation of new partnerships and the opening of new markets
  
• Respond to calls for projects, grants, political landscape to identify new growth sectors

• You are a technical or business engineer

• You’re a fluent and transparent communicator and you have no fear to speak publicly
• A first experience in the electricity or automotive area is an advantage

 Mission

You will be in charge of the R&D electronic division and your job will consist in ;

• Development of a new control unit for the vehicle (VCU) and its hardware based on a functionality specification. 
• Reverse engineering of the existing vehicle system & compensation of the signals lost during the retrofit
• Developing and testing new interfaces (HMI)
• Realization of electronic schemes & electronics architecture
• Follow up of component suppliers
• Providing support & analysis for the technical team 
• Take the role of lead engineer for the electronic systems in multi-disciplinary projects

Profile

• You are an engineer in electronics or equivalent
• Coding skills in C/C++ and familiar with communication protocols (CANbus, Modbus, I2C, LIN,…)
• Experience in developing electronic architecture, PCB & hardware (with Altium Designer, LTSPICE or any other)
• You are curious, creative and/or entrepreneur by nature : you have a strong will to develop your technical expertise & you will always look for new solutions or for developing further existing solutions
• You are committed to meeting the deadlines and you care for quality and safety
• A first experience in the automotive area is an advantage
• You have a strong analytical mind and a problem solving attitude.
• You speak fluently French and English, Dutch is a plus
• You are able to write technical documents and synthesis reports.

Mission

You will be in charge of the mechanical division and your job will consist in ;

• Execute engineering in 4 phases: concept design, basic engineering, detailed engineering and production support
  
• Participate in interfacing and system integration with other disciplines and co-makers
  
• Elaboration of functional descriptions and technical requirements for systems and equipment.
  
• Participate in the procurement of system suppliers.
  
• Take the role of lead engineer for the mechanical systems in multi-disciplinary projects
• Development of an  optimized process for the production of conversion kits
  
• Look for continuous improvement in all processes and methodologies.

Profile

• You are an engineer in mechanics or equivalent by experience with minimum 2 years of experience
• Mastery of CAD-related software (Fuzion, Solidworks,…) and eventually 3D scanning
• Hands-on experience/ knowledge in materials and machining tools (laser cutting, CNC, 3D printing, welding, milling,…) is a plus.
• You are curious, creative and entrepreneur by nature : you have a strong will to develop your technical expertise & you will always look for new solutions or for developing further existing solutions
• You are autonomous and a teamplayer
• You are committed to meeting the deadlines and you care for quality and safety.
• A first experience in the automotive or/and electricity areas is a plus
